- Ingredients43% Whole Oat Flour, 16% Whey Protein Concentrate, 12% Whole EGG Powder, WHEAT Flour, 4.2% MILK Protein Isolate, Aroma, 3.8% Whey Protein, 3% EGG Egg White Powder, 2% ModCarbTM (Oat Bran, Quinoa, Amaranth, WHEAT Buckwheat, millet, Stabilizer: Disodium phosphate, Raising agent: Sodium bicarbonate, Modified starch, 11% Dried coconut (antioxidant: sulphur dioxide, sulfites), Emulsifier: SOY lecithin, Sodium chloride. Thickeners: Guar gum, Xanthan gum, Sweeteners: Acesulfame K, Sucralose. Contains LACTOSE. Capitalized ingredients can cause reactions in allergic or intolerant people.
- Preparation: 50 g powder (2 measuring spoons) with 100 ml low-fat milk (1.5% fat) or water in a shaker. Leave for a few seconds. Stove: mix with a little oil in a hot pan.
