Our 2-in-1 formula gives your body the support it needs to maintain normal immune system function with O.R.S Immune Juicy Orange effervescent tablets. Specifically designed to maintain the normal function of the immune system, each tablet contains 250mg of Vitamin C, 5µg of Vitamin D, 2.1mg of Iron, and 1.5mg of Zinc. Like other O.R.S Hydration Tablets, these immunity supplements have been formulated by pharmacists to provide fast, effective hydration as well as immune system support. These tablets have a tasty and 100% natural juicy orange flavour, free from artificial flavours or preservatives. They're also vegan-friendly, gluten free, and lactose free, making them suitable for the whole family and easy to fit into your existing diet. I like to take these vitamin C supplements during the

I like to take these vitamin C supplements during the winter months to help keep my immune system up to date. This is a nice brand. The taste is good, unlike some tablets that are artificial tasting. It fizzes nicely when you add the water. I haven't done any scientific tests to find out if my vitamin C levels are boosted, but I seem to be in good health while drinking them.

As we know, there is one main brand that seems to be the big player in these tablets. These are a nice alternative that taste good and arent quite as intense as the other brand. A bit more subtle and easier to handle first thing in the morning. They dissolve well and don't leave a residue in the glass which is good. Overall, a nice tablet that I have been taking daily and don't seem to be any different to the other big and more expensive brand.

I’m normally not so fond of immunity boosters and one

I’m normally not so fond of immunity boosters and one main reason is that most of the ingredients they contain have too scientific names which I’m not aware of and therefore due to my scepticism I try to avoid them. However, in this case, I was really impressed with these as the ingredients it included are relatable to me and some of them I already take in either as separate medicine or in raw form. The taste is also good, I put one tablet in 500 mL of water and It dissolves very fast. At the time I’m writing this review I have Covid symptoms and therefore I wanted to keep my immune system strong therefore taking these dissolvable tablets regularly is one of the things I'm doing. These are also good hydration during a workout. It gives me a good refreshing feeling and on the basis of the initial results, I will recommend it to others.

I take one of these in a glass of water

I take one of these in a glass of water every day though they are orange flavour I still found the flavour to be q little too weak for me so I added a drop of tropical cordial to it 2hich is more palatable. You just drop them into either a tall or small glass, add sugar free cordial if like me you want more flavour and let the tablet fizz away. Once it's dissolved, sip to your hearts content. I like the fact I'm getting my daily dose of vitamins C& D as well as minerals Iron and Zinc. Plus a nicer way than chomping on tablets and I really feel more vibrant of a morning than I used too. I normally dink a similar tablet when working out but they are electrolytes where as these are not.

I am planning to travel in the coming months and I typically take extra vitamin C as a safety measure. After my trial use, these tablets quickly dissolve when putting into a glass of water and they taste great with a fruity aftertaste. The tablet size is typical of other tablets, about a teaspoon's width per my image. These tablets are vegan-friendly, gluten free, and lactose free so suitable for everyone. Expiration date was more than a year and a half so I'm not concerned about expiration.  At 20 tablets, this tube has the same amount as other tubes with similar tablets. I would compare the price with similar tubes as these are, for now, more pricier than others. Besides price though, I would recommend it as a simple and easy health precaution to take when traveling or just during the colder months of the year.
