Its not returnable and I cannot get a refund

I need to return this item as my cat had a sample and Didn't like it

Two of my cats overcame respiratory issues and also sinus infection in one thanks to this. I only knew about Lysine because someone told me. If your cat's sneezing, has mouth sores, and is feverish please please get this immediately. 1/8 teaspoon twice a week mixed in food (a teaspoon or two of food so your cat will eat it all then give it the rest of the food). Even if your cat has been sick a long while this might save its life or, if not, at least make its last days more comfortable by subduing the infection. I'm speaking from experience here. But the sooner you can use this after symptoms begin the better. And I want to add one more thing unrelated to this product. Dental issues can cause the above symptoms so adding a dental additive to the cats' drinking water to clean their mouths is a good step toward health. I recently purchased Dental Fresh and my cats accepted it at once. They know it's there and I've even added it right under their noses. I see them drinking water more frequently now. It's not addictive--it must feel good and certainly hydration does.
