I used to take a powder type collagen...ok to add to coffee or whatever....but for some reason it was just unpleasant. Found this product and it is perfect. I use a little less water than directed (which makes it sweeter - can't drink a lot of water early in the morning!), give it a bit of a froth with my handy little frother (!) and drink it to take my morning vitamins. I love it! Flavor is quite good and, combining the "tasks", kill two birds with one stone, if you will! Highly recommend it. Not really important but, bonus: packaging is more compact and "efficient" and is easier to take along when traveling! This is my second purchase of same.

Great for sports events, as a recovery drink after a race. 👎 Much more expensive than the powder version of collagen. 💲 A good product for competitions, races, and while away. But for everyday use, I will keep using powder collagen due to the price difference.

Handy little shot. Great to take on the go. It is quite sweet but the apple flavour is nice. There is 12 bottles in the box and each is 60ml. 1-2 shots to be taken daily so 6-12 days supply. I like the combination of collagen with glucosamine and chondroitin for the joints. There is also vitamin C (which is always recommended to take with collagen for better absorption) and copper. It seems to be targeted for the footballers but I think anyone sporty with the very active lifestyle after certain age needs some extra support for the joints. Bovine collagen is said to be a slightly better option than marine collagen specifically for the joints (for the skin apparently the fish one is better), chondroitin here is from fish so good combination overall. Only two things I am not too keen on, acesulfam-k in the ingredients and each bottle is wrapped plus also plastic lid is sealed, so extra plastic.
