I’ve been using SIS Surge for awhile now and they’ve been sold out recently so needed to look for a similar product for football. These are so much better, taste and the energy they give you for playing football. Only downside is they’re a little bit more expensive but that’s ok as you’re getting a good quality product.

I am reviewing this product after my 3rd purchase. As a consistent runner for more 15 years, having an expatriate life, I have tried a varied sort of running gels to date. No gel have contributed to my performance with no side effects such as FOCUS 90. I take it 15 minutes before running, so after my 2-3km jog warming, it reaches the pick. Important to mention that I also have tried it during long runnings, after the km 12-15, which made me to finish the 25km-30km in very nice energy and performance. It is highly recommended.

I ordered these soccer supplement gels for my son in law, now in his late thirties he plays five a side every week. My husband plays quite a lot of football and due to tiredness from his day job he needed something to give him that extra boost of energy in games. These do the trick perfectly! They gave him that much needed boost as well as tasting nice too. He said it was a pleasant taste and the texture was good too. He was happy with the size of the packet as it fitted in his football bag without taking too much room. The packaging is easy to open and to use with no problems at all.
