It did seem it might provide a little extra energy boost on a day when you're feeling run down but not such a dramatic difference that you could say with any certainty - but then I'd say that about pretty much any of these types of product. The flavour isn't exactly pleasant but it's reasonably palatable. In summation this is one of those things that might be worth trying if you are desperate

Good supplement with combination that aids stamina for anyone really, dont know why they should be for men particularly. Short tubes of 10 compared to the regular tubes from standard tubes of Vitamin C effervescent tablets which come in 20s. A boost for those working long hours who don't get the chance to stoke the fires with properly nutritionally balanced meals during the day. Orange or lime flavoured and not bad, bubbles up into a froth leaving residue oil your glass. I tend to take this type of supplement with juice rather than water anyway, so the spiky flavour doesn't concern me.

I can't say that this had much or any effect on me. The trouble could be that I already eat a well-balanced diet, and therefore any pick me up would need to be remarkable for me to notice the difference. It could also be that it does not work. Theoretically, the ingredients are beneficial, so that is a plus. In the marketing blurb, they make a thing out of the ginseng extract being Siberian - like it would make a difference (it does not), or that you should be impressed, neither for me thanks. The taste is a little bit soapy and there are better flavoured products on the market, with the same claims. Then, over-arching this is the endorsement from David Gandy. I had to look up who he was and why he mattered. I found out David is a male model and he has been using Wellman since he was 20. I couldn't care less, personally, he doesn't matter to me, and if I'm meant to be impressed then obviously I'm not part of the target demographic. I'm left with the lingering suspicion that I'm being told that I can be David, consequently, that women will be falling at my feet and that I will no longer require sleep or nutrients from good food sources. I can have the elixir of life, and all from a tablet and inch of water. None of which is true. I would rather be told in the big print about all the ingredients, how they can benefit me, how this has been measured, the absorption rates and the success or failure of the study. For balance, you should consider taking this product if you live on a diet of junk, because if you can absorb of any of the nutrients then this can only be a good thing. The ingredients are listed in the small print and because they don't care to make a point of them - why should I or you? Do yourself a favour, and until they provide some measurement of success for taking these tablets, get some extra time in bed when you can, cut out all forms of processed food, eat some fresh fruit and veg every day, do some exercise and stop drinking. Don't tell me you can't, because you can. I know this because you are reading this review - which tells me that you have enough disposable income and the time to consider buying a product like this. I just extended your life by 20 years, for free, and you're welcome.

nice flavour easy to drink

I've tried both the Lime and Orange flavours in this range, orange is usually my preferred flavour but here it’s the lime. The lime is a little sharp but it’s quite refreshing but sadly the orange is a bit bland, neither make drinks that have much fizz though despite the tablets being effervescent. Effect-wise, energy drinks pack more punch but these may have better health benefits. Only on one occasion did I feel I got a bit of a lift after having a tablet, so these won’t be becoming my ‘go to’ choice.
