Excellent - definitely a great alternative to anti-depressants!

Highly recommend these tablets if you require a little pick-me up! I have been feeling extremely low and suffer from depression and I wanted to avoid medicated anti-depressants. I have to honestly say it has given me that little boost / kick that I needed. I was feeling extremely low and emotional and upset (day and night). I take a tablet each evening and in the morning, I wake up feeling 'positive' as opposed to negative and I tell myself 'I've got this'! Its a good boost and it works for me and in the past I have used medicated AD and also herbal remedies. This product is great, cheap and a great herbal alternative without any side effects (for me!)
