Usage and Warnings
RECOMMENDED USE:
Adults and children 2 years and older: Apply XyliWhite toothpaste gel on to a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush thoroughly after meals, at least twice a day, or as directed by your dentist.
WARNINGS:
Ingestion of Xylitol, in any product is a veterinary medical emergency if consumed by pets, especially dogs, ferrets and rabbits. If you suspect your pet ingested xylitol by either observing this happen or finding evidence of a chewed container or product, and the animal is acting normal, you should attempt to give animal(s) a small meal and at the same time, immediately seek veterinary medical attention. Best toothpaste I have ever bought. It keeps your teeth very clean. Although the texture and taste are definitely different than your standard toothpaste it is very easy to get used to. I honestly prefer the taste because it's not as powerful as normal toothpaste and is very mild.

I like this toothpaste because it does not contain sodium lauryl sulfate. Sodium lauryl sulfate or "SLS" is very drying to my mouth, especially since I take several medications that are already drying to my mouth. In addition, this toothpaste contains coconut oil, which is soothing to my mouth. It's hard to find a toothpaste that does not contain "SLS"; that's why I continue to purchase NOW toothpaste products.
