Osavi Collagen Hydrolyzed, Type I & III - 300g

Decent collagen amount for the money. I just put some in my protein shake everyday. Good value!

As I'm now over 50 my body does not produce as much collagen as it use to. Collagen is beneficial for maintaining healthy hair, skin, nails, joints and bones. I already take a selection of vitamins and supplements and so choose to take collagen in powder form so I don't need to take another tablet or capsule. It's easy to incorporate Osavi Collagen powder into my daily routine. I make a fruit smoothie every morning (as my breakfast) and add a scoop to the blender. It mixes in perfectly and is tasteless. The one tub contains 15 servings and is currently priced at 13.83 so it's quite expensive. I also don't understand why this isn't a months worth as it means placing an order every 2 weeks. The powder supplement is a good strength and a 5/5 but as the tub only contains 2 weeks supply and is just under 14 - its 2/5 for value

In the never-ending search for a supplement to support and strengthen tired knee joints I tried this soluble hydrolyzed collagen powder from Osavi. The skin benefits are notable but I can report very little in the way of stiffness and soreness relief, unfortunately. Packaged well and coming in a good quantity it is easy to dissolve in water or, preferably, a drink full of flavour like a smoothie. I say this because the instructions say to mix a full scoop with liquid and, in unflavoured water it makes a kind of unappealing silvery froth that tastes quite strong and repeats horribly for a long time afterwards. It's quite a challenge to drink so definitely mix with something else and you'll be fine with what is, when all is said and done, a potent and effective collagen mix that makes a healthy and beneficial impact if regularly used.

This collagen powder is easy to take as it just dissolves in liquid. It doesn't really taste of much so I just add it to water. Each scoop of powder gives you 20g of collagen, which is a fair amount, but the tub only contains enough for 15 days so it won't last long.
