RECOMMENDED USE:
From the age of 10 years, consume 2 drops (400 I.U.) daily. For children between 4-9 years, 1 drop per day is recommended. From 1-4 years, 1 drop every 2 days is recommended. Adults are recommended to take 4-5 drops a day.WARNINGS:
